As a key member of Front Store strategy team, the Senior Director of Omnichannel Loyalty Membership Program (CarePass) will lead the evolution of the program. You will report directly to the Vice President of Front Store Strategy Business Development, Analytics, and Pricing with exposure to and engagement with wide range of the CVS leadership team.

The goal of CarePass is to bring together the best of CVS Retail assets and deepen customer engagement. It is a unique membership program that has created lot of buzz across different customer segments and media channels. CNBC said: "CarePass is a bold attempt to fight Amazon - and may even put the retailer ahead".

The Senior Director will lead a team of high performing individuals, who together, will be business leader of this exciting program and manage all aspects of P&L including membership revenue, sales growth, benefit usage and cost. This leader will work across multiple cross-functional teams for day-to-day management of the program including scaling to additional markets. You will also be accountable for identifying new benefits, designing overall program structure, innovating the offering, and delivering the highest levels of customer experience.

A large portion of this role will be strategy development, P&L management, loyalty program design and customer experience. However, the successful candidate will have a diverse background that requires true general management and leadership skills. You will have significant executive presence, strong relationship and presentation skills, as you will often be tasked with facilitating senior executive discussions including C-suite and Board of Directors.
* Collaborate with the teams from across the organization to evolve and execute this enterprise program
* Define the overall organizational structure and hire the key talent required to scale
* Lead evolution of this offering
* Champion the customer experience and push the envelope to ensure that we deliver against all elements

This role is based in our Corporate Office in Woonsocket, RI.

Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of work experience, with strong preferences for some combination of:
- Management consulting including: growth, program management
- Retail experience including: growth, program management, loyalty program
- Leadership experience in managing large cross-functional teams
* Strong cross functional collaboration/leadership skills: This enterprise program requires constant collaboration with Digital, Marketing, Merchandizing, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, and a range of other CVS functions

Preferred Qualifications
* Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization
* Demonstrated presentation skills
* Highly organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple work streams in a fast-paced, complex working environment
* Demonstrated project management skills with an emphasis on integrating multiple work outputs into a unified deliverable and executive narrative
* Demonstrated organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and proactivity

· Be modest in nature, recognizing the accomplishments of the team before the individual
· Be highly motivated and possess vision and enthusiasm
· Understand how to deliver on short time frames and be committed to meeting deadlines "no matter what"
· Communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect
· Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
· Be comfortable on his/her feet making presentations

Education
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Math, Economics or related field is required
* MBA preferred
