Reporting to the Vice President - Finance and a member of the Revenue Cycle Leadership Team, as the Senior Director - Revenue Cycle Operations for CVS Health you will plan, develop and lead all functions that support the effective delivery of revenue cycle operations in support of our CVS Specialty, Coram, Reimbursement Concepts, PBM Financial Operations and Kidney Care organizations, including: business intelligence, automation and robotics, revenue integrity, process improvement, financial support (SOX, internal audit, etc.), vendor management strategy, predictive analytics and reporting.

The Senior Director - Revenue Cycle Operations is responsible for providing an enterprise strategy to support the individual business lines and will work closely with the senior business leaders to ensure that services are aligned with each businesses strategic objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for staying current on industry trends and leading practice concepts and services from the broader healthcare ecosphere and leveraging those creative ideas to create the business enablement strategies. In addition, you will lead the teams that are responsible for driving consistency and standardization across the businesses, which may include identification of key processes or functions that can be centralized into a shared services model.

This is an extremely strategic and dynamic role that requires exceptional leadership abilities, resilience, creativity and the ability to collaborate with leaders across multiple business lines in order to enhance quality, customer service and overall financial performance.

This position is responsible for:

1. Developing and leading the revenue cycle enablement strategies in partnership with our senior business leaders to drive solutions to complex business problems.
2. Leading all predictive analytics and strategic reporting activities within each of the separate business lines, as well as developing a cross company approach to consistently reporting key performance metrics.
3. Drive process innovation activities and strategic solutions to improve our operational efficiency and effect change management within the business.
4. Championing the use of robotics technology to support the drive to automate manual processes across the organizations.
5. Lead the redesign of the revenue cycle quality review programs.
6. Creating an annual strategic portfolio of initiatives to improve business operations.
7. Researching industry trends and identify new service vendor who can support department goals

Required Qualifications
* A minimum of 10 years of positive management results in healthcare finance or operations
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in supervising management level personnel.
* Previous experience in a highly strategic role
* Experience with process improvement, automation and robotics, revenue integrity, process improvement, financial support (SOX, internal audit, etc.), vendor management strategy, predictive analytics and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
* Strong supervisory, motivational and team-building skills
* The ability to organize, assess and delegate responsibilities throughout revenue cycle operations
* Interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field; Master’s Degree highly preferred
