Job Description
As the Strategic Accounts Senior director for Long-Term Care you will impact our business by leading the performance of teams accountable for achieving retention goals and expansion targets of our largest accounts, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You will be developing and executing strategic plans to retain and grow both national and regional accounts. You and your team will also need to identify innovative opportunities and creative solutions to bring the breadth of the CVS Health Enterprise portfolio to existing customers.

YOUR ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Leading contract management activities that include strategic contract analysis to determine appropriate renewal action plans

- Leads a team of Directors by providing ongoing coaching and training

- Building a team culture consistent with CVS Health values

- Holding your team accountable for performance

- Developing strategies, presenting recommendations, and implementing solutions to improve current and future products and services across entire enterprise

- Ensuring teams achieve maximum scope and reach utilization with an emphasis on cost efficiency and expense management

- Collaborating with internal partners including but not limited to Finance, Operations, Account Management, Marketing & Strategy to evolve the performance and growth of the Long-Term Care business

- Providing support in resolution of complex client issues and requests, as well as assessment of client needs to expand existing business

- Operate with strong business insight and industry knowledge, considering all aspects of the Enterprise in strategy development

As a leader, your success be driven by your ability to grow revenue for the assigned book of business and achieve above average client satisfaction scores. Your understanding of the PBM, Pharmacy, and Long Term Care, as well as keeping up to date on market trends and regulations will enable you to position our programs and solutions effectively to client decision makers. The contributions you will make will the organization for long term growth in the competitive marketplace.

Required Qualifications
* At least 10 years of Sales or Account Management experience in Healthcare, Long Term Care or PBM
* 5 or more years of experience leading teams
* Willingness and Ability to travel regularly, up to 75%

Preferred Qualifications
* Success leading high performing remote strategic / national account management teams in a matrix environment
* Demonstrated ability to understand and break down highly complex situations to deliver impactful solution in real time
* Experience tackling issues in a decisive manner, while keeping broader organizational dynamics in mind
* Proven experience performing under pressure, adapting to changing dynamics, and finding solutions that lead to sustainable results
* Ability to produce creative, innovative solutions representative of entire enterprise
* Track record of building high performing team and developing key talent;
* Real passion for bringing new leaders along and helping them to realize their ability to impact the business
* Ability to effectively communicate and influence while tailoring messaging to different audiences, combining executive presence with ability to inspire colleagues and clients
* Ability to collaborate effectively across different business functions, different perspectives, and different styles of leadership
* Working knowledge of computers in a Windows/Microsoft Office environment, including Word, Excel and Power Point
* Experience with Salesforce.com preferred

* Bachelors Degree is required
* Masters Degree is preferred
