The team has a collaborative approach rooted in data science, business tactics, technological applications, and behavioral sciences to promote data-driven decision making senior leadership. In this role you will assess, test and build infrastructure for strategic initiatives to drive pharmacy growth and profitability:

Your key job responsibilities will be:

- Build profitability data infrastructure in partnership with Enterprise Analytics (EA), Information Technology (IT) and others

- Develop use cases for profitability data infrastructure; serve as strategic implementation partner for one or more pharmacy business areas (for example, Supply Chain, Payer Relations, Clinical Services, or Pharmacy Operations), consulting on pilots and at-scale implementations.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of shown business trends and analysis experience (e.g., data analysis, reporting development, etc.)

- 3+ year of consulting, analytics, or related experience / experience with proven story boarding, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management skills

- 3+ years of experience working with data using technical tools (e.g., SQL, R, Access, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree preferred
