Job Description
The Benefits Verification Supervisor will lead and support a team of Benefits Verification Representatives who conduct a detailed eligibility verification and benefit investigation for new and existing CVS/specialty customers in a high-volume, fast pace environment. Must have a comprehensive understanding of payer requirements for both medical and pharmacy benefits. Validates the accuracy of the team's work and ensures that individual and department performance goals are met. The BV Supervisor will interface with a variety of internal and external customers including patients, physicians, account mangers, sales, pharmacy managers, contingent workforce managers, manufacturer representatives, reimbursement and upper management. The BV Supervisor will drive employee engagement, which includes creating an inclusive environment whereby all colleagues are able to unleash their full range of skills, talents and perspectives, ensuring we are the best pharmacy innovation company.

Required Qualifications
-2+ years of experience working with medical insurance or in a pharmacy environment
-1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a related environment
-1+ years of experience utilizing Windows based applications

Preferred Qualifications
-Specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred
-Supervisory experience in a Pharmacy or Medical Insurance Verification environment
-A four year degree is preferred.

High School Diploma required.
