Would you like to join Fortune 8 CVS Health leading our dynamic and growing client services support team? You will have the opportunity to utilize your financial or clinical acumen to assist custom clients with formulary decisions.

The Trade Relations Client Support, Executive Advisor role is a highly visible opportunity responsible for driving strategies to minimize client drug spend. You will be expected to analyze, research, write and edit custom formulary presentations that provide prospects with strategic insights around their drug trend.

You will work with multiple customer market segments (i.e. Commercial, Managed Medicaid, Med D, Exchange formularies), establish internal relationships, and articulate potential management strategies with a deep understanding of the rebate contracts that support them. You will assist CVS Health in working with clients to meeting financial management goals,
including client rebate guarantees. This is an outstanding opportunity with exposure to high profile clients and senior executives and a chance to create strong partnerships.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

-Assisting with strategic initiatives, including working in a cross functional team environment on multiple projects at a time and handling needs from the trade relations organization.

-Understanding of trade rebate contracts and the opportunities created for prospects based on their own unique characteristics.

-Modeling and scenario analysis for all Trade Relations therapeutic areas; understanding and anticipating benefit design evolution and potential impact on financials.

-Working within the Trade Relations department to persuasively and effectively educate external prospects about potential issues and opportunities.

-Directing the creation and execution of optimal client presentation strategies and processes for target markets (i.e. Commercial,
Medicare, etc.).

-Executing quantitative and qualitative research to develop and test value proposition scenarios and messages.

-Effective communication to engage with internal teams.

Will require travel up to 10% of the time.

This role is available in Bloomington, MN or Northbrook, IL.

Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in healthcare, managed care, health plans, or PBM with a focus on financial strategy and client relations.

Preferred Qualifications
-Minimum 8 years experience with pharmacy benefit management, health plans rebates, drug spend and/or formulary strategies.
-MBA and/or FSA/ASA.
- Experience with Management consultant.

Education
Bachelor's Degree required.
