As Training Advisor within the Government Benefit Services department, you will support the Government Services Operations department by enabling the coding, testing, QA and Benefit Relationship Management teams to perform their jobs more effectively through developing and administering new and enhanced training programs. In this role you will be responsible for the scoping, design, development, and presenting of new courses and training initiatives as well as the maintenance of existing content. You will also be managing training projects to ensure timelines and client satisfaction is achieved. The solutions you will develop will be in a variety of formats to include self guided, instructor led, and web based trainings. You will implement communication strategies as needed for your training solutions and complete all program deployment activities to include uploading all documents to the Performance Support Site and conducting TTT. You will execute program measurement strategy to evaluate the impact of training. You will achieve this by:

- Crafting, developing, revising and evaluating training materials, including user guides, quick reference guides, web based training, and job aids

- Conducting instructor led and web-based courses

- Leading cross-functional project teams to represent training & development and support the implementation of company initiatives

Success in the Training Advisor role will be determined by your ability to use your in-depth knowledge of various training designs, to include instructor lead and eLearning. You will also be able to execute related needs analysis and knowledge check development. The contributions you will make as a Training Advisor will position CVS Health for long term growth in the competitive Prescription Benefit Management marketplace.

Required Qualifications
* At least 5 years in Benefits Coding, Requirements Gathering, QA, Testing, or RX Claim experience
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as a part of the role

Preferred Qualifications
* High attention to detail and organization
* Ability to adapt to developmental needs over cross-generational audiences
* Intermediate level knowledge with Windows applications
* 3 +years of experience working in Articulate, Lectora, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office Suite
* 2 +years experience conducting instructor lead training and web based training
* Experience in Instructional Design or Adult Education

* Bachelors degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute
* Masters Degree is strongly preferred
