Assistant Manager JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to perform all duties required of both Delivery Driver and CSR
Must be 18 Years old
Must be able to pass a Criminal Background check
Operate all necessary equipment.
Duties for Assistant Managers or Managers in Training
?Count and ensure accuracy of Nightly Inventory counts
Count and balance till and accurately record nightly deposits and any shortages
Order and Receive truck deliveries and record invoice information
Ensure product quality meets standards
Ability to Open and/or Close the store
Ability to handle situations under pressure
Ability to learn full store operations
Willingness to learn from mistakes and create an action plan on ways to resolve other issues.
Ability to Interview and enter New Hire Information and submit to HR
Able to alleviate any customer or employee concerns
Ability to motivate Team Members and boost morale
Ability to coach and provide feedback to Employees in a positive manner
Ability to communicate any questions, issues or feedback to proper channels
Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.
Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
Fumes from food odors.
Exposure to cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS including, but not limited to the following:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Walking short distances for short durations.
Sitting for short periods of time to complete office related tasks.
Ability to Lift and or Carry more than 20 lbs short distances up to 72" tall for storage or preparation
Ability to climb stairs multiple times per day
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting to retrieve items for restock, use in preparation, or cleaning low areas.
