Description

East West is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join their dynamic team in Beaver Creek. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible of assisting in the management of the Association, Homecare and Rental Program contracts. This position supports the Property Manager in all functions required of the Property Management Department. Provides coverage of Front Desk as needed. Must have knowledge of all revenue and expense items within the Association and department budget. Responsible for billable Association and Homeowner maintenance items.

Location: Beaver Creek Center Village

Approximate start date: ASAP

Schedule: Varies, depending on time of the year.

Minimum Requirements

Two years of college or trade school or suitable industry experience.  Strong communication skills.  Understanding of Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up on new software programs.  Must be fluent in English able to express thoughts in a clear concise, and professional manner both written and verbal.  Ability to calculate complex figures and understand financials and budgeting.  Candidate must have a valid Colorado drivers license.
