Sales Executive Associate - Client Management

About the team and the role:
Our team consists of strategic account managers responsible for the FIS relationships of IBS Core clients. The SAMs primary responsibilities include strategic engagement with client executives, cross sales of additional products and services, renewals and overall client satisfaction.
We are looking for a candidate who is interested in an entry level sales role supporting IBS Core SAMs. Office location is Milwaukee, Wisconsin in BDOC. Looking for a someone with financial services introductory knowledge and an understanding of FIS and the products and services offered to core banking clients. This candidate will work directly with IBS Core SAMs so teamwork and communication skills are extremely important. Responsibilities will vary depending what SAMs, clients and deals they are working on.
What you will be doing:
Work jointly with the SAMs to assist in achieving annual sales quotas
Support the SAMs who acts as primary liaison between client and FIS and understands client’s needs and sell FIS solutions to enable client’s success
Assists in development of joint client plans and partnership reviews to enable continued revenue growth from the clients
Assist SAMs in qualification of white space and sales campaign sales opportunities
Assists in preparation of territory review meeting with SAMs and management providing updates on clients, deals and renewals
Provide clients product marketing materials and documentation
Provide clients updates on mass enablement opt-out campaigns
Assist SAMs with Virtual Sales Executive sales opportunities
Assists in preparation of pricing and proposals for clients
Assist the SAMs with Dynamics Opportunity ID management, open/updates/close
Assist the SAMs with deal closure including OIDs, DocuSign and contract valuation
Assist SAMs to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management within FIS standards
Work with ECSMs to escalates client concerns of existing products and services
Assists in SAM client meeting preparation, such as, running Bank Trends reports, gathering client information including financial filings and press releases.
Works with SAMs and the Corporate Briefing Team to plan and coordinate client meetings at FIS and/or client locations
Assist SAMs with internal requests about the client, i.e. contract information, expiration dates, services used, annual revenue by product
Build a network of FIS sales, product and operations resources to assist in sales and client needs
Build an extensive high-level knowledge of FIS products and services offered to IBS core clients
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree with a major in business or related field of study
Knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically banking
Understanding of FIS our businesses and markets we serve
Understanding of FIS Banking & Payment products and services
Requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Requires analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Requires the ability to multi-task on multiple projects with multiple people
Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels including SAMs, management, other FIS employees, and clients
Requires proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
