    May include

    • Calling on HVAC Dealers and Contractors. Also Training them on Daikin Ductless Product offering.
    • Working with and training branch personnel in support of ductless RAQA business. This includes: TSM’s, BM’s, CSR’s, ASM’s and ROM’s.
    • Responsible for through-the-shop and over-the-counter ductless sales, training, and ordering, development of programs and implementation of corporate sponsored programs.
    • Responsible for developing and implementing sales plans for the ductless business to ensure attainment of both sales and margins objectives,

    • Takes direction from RM and input from Divisional Ductless Manager.
    • Works within broad base parameters
    • Expected to lead this business segment for the region
    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • Organizational skills.
    • Understanding gross margin, P&L.
    • HVAC Ductless Product knowledge.
    • Excel and related computer skills.
    • Business Degree or equal.
    • Sales Experience.
    • Dealer/contractor knowledge.
    • 5 -10+ years in HVAC, specializing in Ductless sales preferred
