What will you do? 

 

The ADC Supervisor assists the ADC Manager with the supervision of all ADC personnel. The ADC Supervisor ensures that all Attendant Donation Centers (ADC) are properly staffed. The ADC Supervisor assists with providing initial and on-going training and supervision for all ADC personnel and works with the Transportation Department to ensure a proper flow of donated goods. 

 

 

 

Must Haves: 

 

High school diploma or GED and/or minimum of one year’s retail experience.    

 

Have demonstrated skills in training/developing new employees.  

 

Basic knowledge of email, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)  

 

Must possess a valid AZ driver’s license which reflects a driving record that meets insurance standards.  

 

Must be dependable, prompt and able to work with minimal supervision.  

 

Must demonstrate ability to follow written or verbal instructions.  

 

Must be able to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends).  

 

Must pass initial and subsequent drug screenings as prescribed by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) regulations.  

 

Three (3) year supervisory experience with a staff of 15 or more employees.  

 

Must be able to read, write and speak English.  

 

Moderate adaptability required: Work environment occasionally hectic (fast paced) with irregular short deadlines  

 

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be able to stand for long periods at a time; bend, reach and stretch repeatedly during a shift. Must be able to travel to all Goodwill sites on a regular basis as necessary.  

 

Exposed to all weather conditions, moving trucks and forklifts, and moderate noise levels.  

 

Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all individuals.    

 

Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude and a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. 

 

Must pass the strength and agility test with a "light" score or higher.
