What you will do:
The E-Store Manager effectively and efficiently directs the operations of a multi-product E-Collectibles area. The
E - Manager ensures performance of all functions necessary to manage and operate a Goodwill E-Collectibles area as they pertain to collectible items for sale through Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona online store.
1.High School diploma or GED
2.Two years retail experience in a leadership role
3.One year supervisory experience
4.Basic computer experience in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and databases
5.Strong knowledge of internet use and a variety of software applications
6.Must have a valid Arizona driver license and auto insurance, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
7.Must be able to gain and maintain fingerprint clearance for Division of Developmental Disabilities.
8.Strong understanding of jewelry marking and appropriate assignment of value.
9.Strong knowledge of antiques and collectibles.
10.Ability to train and motivate others to act, delegate job duties, and hold team members accountable for the completion of responsibilities.
11.Ability to work with minimum supervision, problem solve, and make decisions independently as required.
12.Ability to seek out internal and external resources to accomplish desired results.
13.Ability to Experience in working with figures, and have speed and accuracy in making computations. (Math skills will include fractions, decimals, and percentages.)
14.Must be able to read, write and speak English with the ability follow written and verbal instructions.
15.Ability to relate effectively with a wide variety of personalities and work in a stressful fast-paced environment.
16.Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and be able to stand for long periods at a time; bend, reach and stretch repeatedly during a shift.
17.Must be able to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends).
18.Must be willing to transfer to other stores as requested.
19.Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all individuals.
