Overview

The Complex Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing initiatives, development, management, execution and measurement of marketing/branding strategies, which may include but are not limited to: social media, websites, collateral and creative execution of marketing and media campaigns.

Responsibilities


    - Coordinate advertising, marketing (both print and digital) to completion
    - Manage and increase followers on all social media platforms
    - Manage marketing calendar
    - Manage external vendor and printer relationships to ensure timely and precise program execution.
    - Oversee processing of vendor invoices
    - Provide promo codes and tracking links (coupons, emails, web links, and digital offers) existing accounts and follow up with client re-solicitation to capture future business. Initiate and follow up on leads.
    - Assist Area Director of Sales & Marketing on creating and establishing annual marketing plan
    - Collaborate with Director of Revenue, Director of Spa, and Director of Food & Beverage to create compelling offers in respective departments.
    - Manages the strategic direction on all consumer-facing marketing materials, including but not limited to: Website Content, 3rd Party Sites, Digital & Print Advertising, On-Property & In-Room Collateral Meet or exceed set goals.
    - Works with Revenue Management to utilize data to make strategic decisions focused on optimizing performance.
    - Develop a full working knowledge of the operations of the hotel, including Food and Beverage, Guest Services
    - Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
    - Know meeting room set-ups and capabilities.
    - Know sleeping room configurations and types.
    - Have comprehensive knowledge of all operational departments within the hotel; guest services, reservations, housekeeping, audiovisual, switchboard, accounting, restaurants, bars, and engineering.
    - Use feedback from Meeting Planner evaluations to improve service and quality.
