Job Description

The Corporate Human Resources Manager is a member of Wright Investments' leadership team with direct oversight of strategic planning and implementation of companywide people/culture initiatives, talent acquisition, learning & development, onboarding processes, benefit administration, team member engagement and labor relations for a well-established, highly successful, growing multi-state hotel development & management company.

The successful candidate will provide leadership to the hotels under management as well as internal consulting and support to advance and implement effective initiatives and best practices aligned with our goals and guiding principles of Integrity, Diligence, Evolution and Inspiration . Prior experience as a Human Resources generalist in a multi-unit, multi-state environment is preferred. The candidate should ideally have exposure to performance management, conflict resolution, human resources policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, workers compensation and risk management, training, recruitment, team building, and state/federal employment law.

The Corporate Human Resources Manager builds partnerships with all levels of team members across the company. Strong leadership skills and business knowledge are keys to success in this position, along with the ability to thrive in an environment of both strategy and active hands-on execution.
