Doubletree Deerfield is currently looking for an Executive Housekeeper who will enhance our mission by managing the operation of housekeeping, laundry and all public & common areas.

We empower our staff to provide the best quality service to our guests and visitors.

This position is responsible for Candidate must be able to:

    -Schedule staff, train and hire.
    -Maintain a working inventory plus develop and implement new standards.
    -Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively,
    -Must be detail-oriented with the ability to motivate and direct others.
    -Must be flexible with hours, including weekends and must have previous housekeeping experience.
    -Inspects guest-rooms; trains housekeeping staff as needed.
    -Answers guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
    -Coordination with Front Desk in accommodating guest requests.
