Job Description

Are you a Food and Beverage professional with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences?

At Courtyard by Marriott Houma you would be accountable for managing day to day F&B operations as our Food & Beverage Manager in our hotel while ensuring that all of the food and drinks are of the highest quality and keeping within budget.

The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and budgets. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Job Requirements

    -Hire and train talented team members
    -Ensure team knowledge and compliance of proper food handling, legal alcoholic beverage service, and health and safety regulations
    -Purchase goods and conduct required inventory processes
    -Identify guests needs and act proactively to all of their concerns and handle any complains
    -Prior food and beverage experience
    -Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
    -Communication, management and mentorship
