Duties & Responsibilities

    -Drive the financial performance of the entire business. Prepare annual hotel budget and operations plan.
    -Lead and inspire team to deliver a world-class guest experience.
    -Develop systems, processes, and procedures to ensure operational excellence in all areas and departments.
    -Increase sales and revenue by promoting and marketing the business. Prepare annual sales and marketing plan.
    -Hire, develop, train, and empower all team members. Delegate responsibilities and projects.
    -Oversee and lead a positive, people-first, and results-driven company culture.
    -Manages labor and controllable expenses across all departments.
    -Oversee revenue management and strategy on a daily basis.
    -Maintain the property in 'like new' condition. Establishes and maintains applicable preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the hotel. Supervise maintenance, supplies and furnishings.
    -Monitors the performance of the hotel through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction systems and monthly financial reports. Initiates corrective action. Address problems, including internal, and guest complaints as they arise.
    -Establishes and maintains a proactive human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, and wage/benefit.
    -Produce daily, weekly and month-end reports; forecasting & marketing strategies.
    -Ensure compliance with franchise requirements, licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
    -Maintains a security function that protects both the assets of the hotel and the personal safety of employees and guests.
    -Development and implement a responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
