Position Statement:

Provides excellent service to guests and owners during their stay, being proactive and responsive to guests' concerns and inquiries. Provides leadership and mentorship to team members throughout the shift. Conduct that demonstrates commitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture and our values is encouraged at all times.
What Will I be dong

    -Supervises housekeeping operations to include rooms, common area and heart of the house areas to achieve and maintain the resort's standards of cleanliness
    -Supervises projects and processes.
    -Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance procedures, write routine reports and correspondence, speak optimally before groups of guests and team members as needed.
    -Demonstrate basic mathematical skills, and ability to solve practical problems.
    -Understand and align with a variety of instructions in written and oral form.
    -Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
    -Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    -Provides mentorship and directions to subordinates.
    -Carries out reasonable requests of management.
