The Role

As 'Operations Manager' you will be on the front line, delivering on our mission! An ideal next level position for a hospitallity professional looking to gain further experience in both housekeeping and front office. The Operations Manager will split time supporting the department leaders in both housekeeping and guest services.

You will understand the importance of a fantastic first and last impression to the happiness of our guests. You will be a passionate leader with the ability to motivate, and support your team in order to meet your financial goals and keep your department running smoothly. You will have high standards when it comes to guest experience and brand standards and you will take ownership and pride in your work.
