    Job Summary
    Plans, supervises, and coordinates all activities of Tina's Treasures Boutique. Provides leadership in ensuring quality products, services, and excellent customer relations. Maintains compliance with insurance, regulatory and licensure requirements of facility, and certification of staff. Serves as point of contact to physician's offices,service areas and community. Works in collaboration with internal and external customers to promote boutique and all programs and services of the Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center. Responsible for supervision of staff and volunteers. Financial responsibilities include providing required monthly reports, purchasing and inventory control, and tracking of sales. Merchandising responsibilities include supervising sales personnel, and presentation and aesthetics of boutique.
    • Supervises daily operations, staff and volunteers of Tina’s Treasures Boutique. Plans and establishes work schedules. Leads interview process, selects, and hires staff to deliver high quality products and services. Settles employee problems and administers disciplinary action as required. Conducts employee evaluations and recommends merit increases.
    • Develops and implements marketing plan and activities for Boutique. Maintains relationships with physicians’ offices and community organizations and conducts workshops and in-service education related to the Boutique and VGPCC. Initiates and participates in health fairs, programs and workshops.
    • Identifies and selects product lines for post-breast surgery products wigs, and retail products. Maintains relationships with vendors to secure optimum pricing while maintaining highest product quality.
    • Prepares budget and sales projections and maintains expenditure within approved budget. Provides monthly financial and statistical reports to Finance Department.
    • Implements operational guidelines for Boutique to comply with the organization, insurance, and regulatory agency requirements and ensure payment by insurance companies. Works in conjunction with Corporate Compliance to perform internal audits of files and all policies and procedures.
    • Participates in industry educational programs to stay current on post-breast surgery products and techniques. Assists and consults with Fitters as necessary.
