    Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' work related experience in Information Technology or related field Required

    Five (5) years of experience with technical architecture analysis and design, developing large-scale, distributed, semantically interoperable systems Required

    Job Summary
    The Enterprise Architecture Manager provides technical and design services for system and/or application architecture and component integration while translating business requirements into technical requirements and assists other team members in designing and implementing solutions.
    • Provides input in selecting software packages and vendors, identifies issues and considers system capabilities, clients who have installed them and user experiences.
    • Provides support to projects technical investigation, architecture, and development phases.
    • Creates and/or oversees documentation and diagrams that represent the current technical architecture of the various technology systems as well as high-level and detailed technical designs and specifications for the future.
    • Designs, develops, participates and/or modifies enterprise architecture, development standards, interfaces and configuration development and/or integration of architectural level components.
    • Serves as the architectural representative/lead for architectural design of a system/application platform, facilitates and gathers input from all project stakeholders, including other architects, developers, system administrators, project managers and consultants. Manages changes to the various technology architecture components.
    • Serves as technical representative on technical issues and decisions related to platform/project and is responsible for ensuring that the company's strategic architectural objectives are maintained. Reviews and approves all technical design deliverables developed internally, by vendors, or other third parties.
    • Oversee the staff and ensure adequate staffing levels, inclusive of hiring/onboarding, evaluating, managing performance, coaching and developing employees ensuring employee productivity, quality of work, and alignment of goals with our mission, vision, and values. Ensure compliance with all policies, financial stewardship by being accountable for the financial integrity around development and maintenance of department budget.
    • Identifies and disseminates information about architectural design or core technologies to the system administration team and ensures these assets are properly integrated and deployed, provides regular status reports to management and escalates technical decisions that affect architectural strategy that will impact other systems.
    • Identifies and assesses areas of functionality that can leverage existing tools and services. Remains apprised of software infrastructure changes, participates in preliminary testing/validation of new releases.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
