    Responsibilities

    Job Summary
    The Director, Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, under the direction of the AVP - HR Consulting, will serve as a trusted and collaborative advisor in providing proactive, practical and valued HR thought partnership to business leadership while ensuring alignment with HonorHealth's corporate culture and business initiatives. Executive presence, influencing skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Demonstrated strong business knowledge and capability to assess HR implications of business priorities.
    • Be a trusted partner and initiate and maintain effective communications with management and employees; provide coaching and guidance on matters related to performance management, offer feedback on style and behaviors to improve employee productivity and engagement. Lead on resolving employee relations issues and strongly influences the management approach.
    • Encourage leadership teams to have clear and straightforward conversations with people about their strengths, limitations, development needs, and career aspirations and to develop mentoring coaching relationships with key talent.
    • Collaborates with all team members to run internal projects to drive employee engagement across the business. Manage employee satisfaction process for the location. Engage with managers in identifying and committing to improvement actions.
    • Understand the business activities, strategies and plans and barriers to sustainable performance and needs of internal clients and employees.
