Through our Franchise Owners and Preferred Partners, OpenWorks services more than 2,500 customers each day across the United States. To continue our growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our highly skilled team.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Director with OpenWorks, you will be directly responsible for oversight of sales and operations for your market. Success in this role is measured by finding profitability in driving new business development, retaining accounts, and growing our franchise base of service providers.
- Lead a team of Account Executives, ensuring sales plan numbers and sales quotas are achieved
- Consult, educate and strategize with your team to sell OpenWorks’ facility services
- Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual planned account retention objectives are achieved
- Sell OpenWorks’ commercial cleaning franchises
- Manage the P/L for your market

- Recent sales management experience in a service industry
- Hunter mentality, who enjoys a competitive, quota-driven sales environment
- Compelling presentation skills that inspire a call to action
- Previous P/L responsibility
