Job Description 

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor Degree

 

 

Other information:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare, or equivalent training. Five progressive management experience in an ambulatory setting. Demonstrated competency in CQI and strategic planning. Strong verbal and non-verbal communications skills.

  

Summary:
Responsible and accountable for all administrative aspects, customer service and financial performance of clinic and sleep lab. Leads strategic, tactical and CQI planning. Oversees implementation and ongoing measure of same. Provides clerical and clinical oversight and collaborates with both clerical and clinical supervisors of the clinic to ensure high quality, cost-effective care.

 

Responsibilities:
*Teaches and leads Quality, Assessment and Improvements and customer service processes, involves the physicians and staff in improving daily operations of the facility. Is accountable for Same.
*Meets monthly with each provider to review clinic operations and any needed areas for improvement, reviews productivity reports and determines the needs that collectively meet the objectives for the provider and the clinic.
*Provides overall leadership and accountability for the operations of the clinic and sleep lab
*Participates in the recruiting of provider and staff for vacant or new positions
*Reviews and ensures that Clinic and sleep lab processes and policies are in place and being followed.
*Develops and is accountable for patient satisfaction evaluations, CMS, and financial outcome of Clinic.
*Develops new programs and services as care delivery needs change in collaboration with the
Hospital Administrative Leadership Team with primary point of contact being the Hospital Chief Executive.
*Responsible for cooperative planning and budgeting process and preparation for improved financial
Performance of the clinic and sleep lab. Accountable for budget administration and outcomes.
*Provides education opportunities for self and collaborates with clinical and clerical staff for continuing education.
*Accountable for directing the clerical supervision so that there is data integrity at clinic and Coordination between the front desk and the designated billing office.
*Participates/networks/communicates with internal and external customers and project teams
*Directs compliance with policies and regulatory agency standards.
* Shares administrative call for the Presbyterian Espanola Hospital Campus
* Responsible for attracting top talent-is a good judge of talent and is able to close talent gaps.
*Performs other functions as required.
