Position Summary

Residential Renovation Project Manager – North Phoenix

Join a rapidly growing professional company with excellent pay and benefits. Progress Residential, a leader in the single-family home rental market has an opportunity for a Project Manager in the Phoenix Valley.

This position will oversee interior and exterior renovation of about 20 homes per month. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with all aspects of residential construction/renovation
• Knowledge of construction costs and vendor management
• Excellent organizational skills and a professional attitude
• Experience in the Phoenix Valley
