What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly qualified Home Health Director of Nursing to join us in the development and growth of Shell Point’s Medicare Certified Home Health agency. This is an exciting opportunity for an RN with 3+ years of Home Health management experience to provide exceptional care to our residents on Shell Point’s 800 acre campus - no travel outside of Shell Point is required. This position includes both office and field responsibility to include, but not limited to, the following duties: assessments, quality assurance (QAPI), conducting staff onboarding, training and in-services, emergency visits, and the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures. The Manager will also be responsible for overseeing staff, including CNAs and HHAs. The successful candidate will have a current RN license in the state of Florida, strong knowledge and experience with certified Medicare Home Health and expertise with OASIS/ICD-10 Coding (COS-C and coding certification preferred) and will be committed to the expansion and success of Home Health at Shell Point.
