TTEC, formerly TeleTech, is seeking an Information Security Project Manager to join our TTEC Digital Solutions team.   This is a telecommuting opportunity with client site travel requirements.

What you'll be doing: 

As part of our Cloud Managed Services practice, you will provide security remediation services in a client facing environment.   TTEC's customers rely on us to keep them compliant with both FedRAMP and FISMA Moderate security requirements.  This position will be responsible for reviewing vulnerability scans and other assessments from our Information Security team and identifying what actions need to be taken by which department (infrastructure, network, applications) and managing that process to successful completion.

What you'll be doing:

  • Review vulnerability scans and identify what component of the reference architecture needs to be remediated.

  • Open tickets with the relevant team(s) and provide guidance where possible on what steps may need to be taken.

  • Work with the relevant technical team(s) to agree on the remediation action and define the milestones and dates.

  • Provide feedback to the Information Security Engineer assigned to each account with the relevant data to properly complete and update the required Plan Of Actions & Milestones (POA&M) documentation.

  • Frequent and direct contact with engineers, senior level managers, directors and executives to provide technical expertise and status

  • Ensure data privacy for our clients' customer data and our own intellectual property and other confidential data.

  • Assist Risk Management with fraud detection, documentation, and prevention

  • Develop weekly status reports providing project progress and issues to client and account team

What skills you'll need:

  • Knowledge of Cisco UCCE/CVP technologies [Cisco UCM, CVP, Unity, ICM] or other related contact center hardware and software

  • Thorough understanding of IT security regulations and compliance, including PCI, SOX General Computing Controls, and SSAE 16 SOC I and SOC II, HIPAA and AICPA Trust Services Principles.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and speech, as well as being able to prepare and present IT related material to a wide variety of audiences, including non-technical executives and management and on occasion, to large groups

  • Collaborate with and advise a security operations program that through automated and continuous monitoring that can detect, contain, and mitigate incidents that could compromise sensitive data, or impair information systems

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
