UNM’s Facilities Management (FM) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a strong management background to become a valuable member of our team as Mgr. Custodial Services. The qualified candidate will be under general supervision, overseeing the technical, managerial, and supervisory support to the FM-Custodial Services on Main Campus to ensure the facilities are properly maintained and cleaned in accordance with appropriate health and safety standards for patient care, medical research, and educational facilities. In addition, he/she will also be responsible to develop, implement goals and standards.
This position is subject to perform shift work that includes after hours and weekends.
Facilities Management is responsible for the care and upkeep of the physical campus environment.

|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
