|Working Title||Program Manager|
Plans and coordinates the day-to-day fiscal, administrative, and operational activities on the Office of Violence Against Women Act Grant. Program Coordinator will coordinate cultural sensitivity training's for UNM SMART Team and all relevant staff, including UNM Women's Resource Center (WRC) peer health advocates and develop new materials as needed. She/he will supervise three WRC graduate positions, ensuring both execution and evaluation of their efforts.
During year three of the grant she/he will coordinate programmatic assessments and the transition to a third population. The coordinator will work closely with the WRC director and program specialist in ensuring new initiatives stay in compliance with the university policy and WRC operations. Duties include grant planning and administration, budget management and control, program implementation and administration, internal and external operational/administrative liaison, program marketing, and reporting.
|Conditions of Employment|
High school diploma or GED; at least 6 years of experience 2 of which are management level experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
